Join Allied Universal as a Front Desk Officer in a healthcare location, where you will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor alarms and badge activity, and support daily security-related operations. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to staff, patients, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures and front desk protocols at a healthcare location.
• Monitor access at the front desk by greeting visitors, checking identification, issuing visitor credentials, and reporting unusual or unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents, questions, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate.
• Support daily front desk operations by answering phones, documenting activity, maintaining visitor logs, and communicating security-related information to site leadership and Allied Universal teams.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Possess guard card.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
