What You'll Do:
  • Develop and review cable harness designs using schematic capture tools such as Xpedition or Capital Harness
  • Produce and maintain detailed interconnect documentation for electronic and hardware systems
  • Perform basic circuit design tasks to support functionality and reliability
  • Oversee cable fabrication and testing processes to ensure high-quality output
  • Analyze the impact of engineering changes on existing systems and maintain design integrity.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 8+ years of electrical engineering and test engineering experience
What Sets You Apart:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Master's Degree
  • Utilize knowledge of cable design, fabrication, and test processes to produce high-quality cable assemblies.
  • Proficiency in electrical schematic capture with a preference for familiarity with Capital Harness.
  • Strong Understanding of DC Power Distribution and its application in cable design.
  • Competence in basic circuit design and the ability to apply engineering principles effectively.
  • Experience in creating and reviewing engineering prints and technical documentation.
  • Knowledge of cable design, fabrication, and testing, with DITMCO testing experience
  • Exceptional documentation skills, with an emphasis on clarity, accuracy, and thoroughness.
  • Ability to evaluate the impact of changes on electronic systems and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office Applications.
