What this job involves:

Drive data quality excellence as a Space Data Analyst with JLL, where you'll work collaboratively within the space data program to provide CAFM/IWMS database support, reporting, and data maintenance while assisting in conducting space data and headcount audits, reporting, data corrections, and other ad hoc data activities. You'll play an important role in ensuring the quality and reliability of workplace data across the portfolio while growing into a subject matter expert by continuously learning and proactively engaging with diverse teams. This role positions you at the foundation of data excellence, where your expertise in data validation, auditing, and analytical problem-solving will directly impact data accuracy and operational effectiveness. Your contributions will support JLL's space data program excellence while you conduct audits to identify and reconcile discrepancies, collaborate with teams ensuring accuracy and completeness of information, follow established procedures maintaining data consistency, analyze trends providing actionable insights, and partner with cross-functional teams to collect and organize data with clear reporting of findings.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Data Auditing & Quality Assurance:Conduct audits to identify and reconcile discrepancies in space data while collaborating with teams ensuring accuracy and completeness of information, following established procedures to maintain data consistency
  • CAFM/IWMS Database Support:Provide CAFM/IWMS database support, reporting, and data maintenance while assisting in conducting space data and headcount audits, data corrections, and ad hoc data activities with understanding of how information is used by Space Management team
  • Analytical Reporting & Insights:Learn to analyze trends and provide actionable insights while providing recurring monthly and quarterly data reports and audit summaries supporting KPI tracking and operational goals
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work with cross-functional teams to collect and organize data with ability to report findings clearly while building strong professional relationships with regional and global teams supporting local portfolio knowledge and shared goals
  • Process Improvement & Innovation:Contribute new ideas and assist senior team members in development of new data audits and reports, identify areas to improve processes and make recommendations for efficiency gains supporting regular reporting and process improvements
  • Data Validation & Organization:Utilize strong skills in data validation, auditing, and organization to quickly identify and resolve data quality issues and application discrepancies with exceptional attention to detail ensuring data accuracy
  • Technical Execution:Conduct data audits, correct data errors, run reports, update templates, and perform ad hoc data support as required with enthusiasm about working with large data sets and keen interest in investigating data-related issues

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with experience with CAFM systems desired, strong preference for candidates familiar with TRIRIGA or similar platforms such as Archibus, Serraview, or iOffice
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and/or Google Sheets including ability to write nested functions, create pivot tables, and generate insightful charts demonstrating comprehensive data management capabilities
  • Intermediate analytical and problem-solving abilities with ability to understand data and how information is used by Space Management team members for occupancy planning and relocation project management
  • Exceptional attention to detail essential as data accuracy is critical aspect of position with strong skills in data validation, auditing, and organization to identify and resolve data quality issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to report findings clearly and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams ensuring understanding of data needs
  • Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and work independently to meet deadlines while learning to ask right questions to understand underlying needs of clients
  • Self-starting, motivated attitude with flexibility and ability to perform well under pressure in fast-paced environment, eager to contribute to diverse, inclusive, and supportive team culture

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in space and occupancy planning highly valued as it will support success in role demonstrating understanding of how space data drives operational decision-making and portfolio management
  • Deep familiarity with TRIRIGA platform specifically or extensive experience with multiple CAFM/IWMS systems demonstrating understanding of system architecture, data structures, and reporting capabilities
  • Experience with business intelligence platforms (Tableau, Power BI), advanced statistical software, or data visualization tools that enhance analytical capabilities and reporting effectiveness
  • Background supporting process automation, workflow optimization, or quality assurance programs demonstrating capability to identify efficiency gains and implement improvements
  • Understanding of corporate real estate operations, facilities management practices, space planning principles, or portfolio management concepts that enhance data program contributions
  • Professional certifications in data management, facility management (FMP, CFM), or related credentials demonstrating commitment to professional development and technical excellence
