As a Security Officer - Logistics Access in Santa Fe Springs, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal at a busy logistics and distribution location, where you will help manage access control, monitor entry and exit activity, and support daily security-related operations with professionalism and care. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and drivers by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, credential checks, and other security-related policies for a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and/or delivery documentation, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas, loading zones, and operational spaces.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including supporting emergency response activities and reporting details according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter, observing for unusual activity, access control issues, and other security-related concerns that may require documentation or follow-up.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
