Your Role

The Digital & Measurement team is responsible forturning Brand and Marketing strategies into digital-first experiences that deliver measurable business outcomes. The Member Data Analyst, Principal will report to the Sr. Manager of Digital & Measurement and serve as the senior individual contributor accountable for defining how marketing and member impact is measured, translating complex data into decision ready insights while advancing the organization's analytics and measurement maturity. You will partner closely with the Member Marketing Analyst, while operating with a high degree of autonomy, owning the analytics strategy, frameworks, and deliverables that enable segmentation, testing, and value measurement across marketing and member initiatives.

Your Knowledge and Experience

  • Requires a bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
  • Requires at least 10 years of experience in analytics, marketing science, member analytics, or related quantitative roles with demonstrated scope and ownership
  • Expert proficiency in SQL and strong experience using Python or R for analysis, modeling, and experimentation
  • Deep experience designing and operationalizing segmentation, experimentation, and incremental impact measurement
  • Demonstrated ability to apply statistical and econometric methods to realworld marketing and member problems
  • Experience building scalable, executiveready dashboards and analytics products that support selfservice and decision making
  • Proven track record of working with large, complex, and regulated data sets to produce trusted insights
  • Experience supporting or partnering on Marketing Mix Modeling and broader econometric measurement approaches
  • Strong ability to independently frame ambiguous problems, set analytical direction, and influence outcomes through insight rather than authority

Hybrid

This role requires employees to be in-office based on our hybrid workplace model, balancing purposeful in-person collaboration with flexibility. For most teams, this means coming into the office two days each week.

Employees living more than 50 miles from an office location will work with their manager to determine in-office time based on business need.
