Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring aCataloging Systems Manager to join the team here in La Vergne, TN (just outside of Nashville). The Cataloging Systems Manager provides strategic business analysis to key stakeholders and customers. Works closely with business units to gain in-depth understanding of business strategy, processes, services, and the context in which the business operates. Bridges traditional library cataloging expertise with modern technology, ensuring that metadata quality, system design, automation, and user experience evolve in step with emerging library technologies and AI-driven capabilities. Gathers and translates business requirements into software solutions for the entire cycle of software development and implementation. Identifies, creates, and facilitates process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis and design at a complex level. Researches, analyzes, documents and resolves related internal and external issues with customers. Facilitate project meetings and presentations to diverse audiences. Trains other IT associates for secondary application support, as well as business unit associates for primary customer support. Plays a critical role in shaping catalog management systems, advising on metadata architecture, validating system behavior, and guiding the development of intelligent cataloging tools and automated workflows. This position will require 4 days in the office, candidates must be in or willing to relocate to the Nashville, TN region. Want to help explore and build new ways to deliver content to the world? Hiring Salary Range:$84,895k-$107,643k.This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to: the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
