SUMMARY Over the past seven years, our Leadership and Organizational Development team has built a strong, integrated system of tools, programs, and learning experiences aligned with Mortenson's culture and business strategy. This development infrastructure is designed to accelerate leadership growth and meet the evolving needs of our customers and internal teams. We are now looking for a Leadership & Organizational Development Senior Specialist to bring this system to life. In this next phase of our journey, you'll support a data-driven approach to organizational development, consult with business partners, and play a key role in strengthening culture, effectiveness and performance across Mortenson. The base pay range for this role is $92,300 - $138,500. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL - 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR - 10%, Washington, D.C. - 12.5%). Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
