OVERVIEW In this role, you are a critical partner to the Talent Acquisition Team. As our Candidate Experience Coordinator, you will serve as a main point of contact for external candidates throughout the recruiting and hiring process. Success in this role means you represent General Mills values, leading with a service orientation, collaborating to provide outstanding candidate and hiring partner experiences while pushing yourself and the team to achieve excellence. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Orchestrate the comprehensive administrative support for the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across designated functional areas. This encompasses cultivating an exceptional candidate experience through proactive and professional verbal and written communications, and expertly coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder interview schedules, often involving intricate domestic and international travel logistics and sensitive coordination.
- Manage pre-employmentcontingency process for incoming hires, including initiation, tracking, and review of background checks
- Manage end-to-end candidate travel including troubleshooting travel arrangements as needed and ensuring candidate expenses areaccurate & within normal expensepractices, elevating to TA Manager as needed
- Operate as primary point of contact for onsite interview logistics, including room setup, and candidate hosting, troubleshoot any interview day scheduling or technical issues as they arise
- Track and report critical candidate flow information using an applicant tracking system (iCIMS/WD), ensuring accurate and compliant data & operational practices are followed, troubleshooting any critical errors where needed and escalating as needed.
- Collaborate & support across all TA Pillars on projects & strategic priorities and additional tasks, as needed
- Build candidate & client trust, developing partnerships throughout the building with AV, Business Conference Center, HR, hiring teams, and more.
- Complete projects and additional tasks identified by Talent Acquisition Manager.
- Create a positive & best in class candidate experience.
- Ad hoc administrative onsite responsibilities: Mail clean up, updating TA Laptops, etc.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 3 years administrative experience in a high volume, high paced, detail-oriented setting
- High School Degree or GED
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills, with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy while meeting tight deadlines
- High level of independent judgment and decision making to analyze and resolve highly confidential and complex work
- Demonstrated capacity to pro-actively complete multiple detailed tasks with frequent interruptions
- Excellent communication skills with a high degree of tact and diplomacy
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with all levels of GMI management and a broad array of candidates, customers, and suppliers outside the company
- High level of integrity, sound judgment & discretion regarding handling confidential or sensitive information
- Willingness and ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities, roles, and managers
- Strong technical skills with proficiency in Microsoft based applications including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and HCM applications, with a willingness to learn and master other software programs as needed
- Available for occasional overtime
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree
- Experience with SaaS ATS (iCIMS, Workday)
ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS
- The location for this role is Minneapolis, MN, must be on-site 2-3 days/week, and as needed to support Recruiting needs

Salary Range
The salary range for this position is $50400.00 - $69400.00 / Annually. At General Mills we strive for each employee's pay at any point in their career to reflect their experiences performance and skills for their current role. The salary range for this role represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, educations, skills, work experience, certifications, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
