  • Acts as a technical subject matter expert during internal audits by supporting walkthroughs, generating evidence, explaining automated controls, and assisting with remediation activities
  • Documents automated processes, system dependencies, and control logic to support audit readiness, knowledge transfer, and long-term sustainability

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field; equivalent practical experience considered
  • Experience in a technical role involving scripting, automation, systems administration, or application support
  • Foundational experience with automation tools, scripting languages, or workflow platforms (e.g. Python, low code/no code automation tools). Experience with ServiceNow or DocuWare a plus.
  • Basic understanding of IT controls, compliance frameworks, or governance concepts (e.g., SOX, access controls, change management) preferred
  • Experience supporting production systems or internal applications, including troubleshooting, documentation, and user support
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to learn regulatory requirements and translate them into repeatable, technology driven solutions
  • Travel as required
  • Other duties as assigned

All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
