Job Description:
Level I: 0-3 years.
Under direct supervision, handles and maintains flow of materials and products in manufacturing areas according to established guidelines.
May operate motorized and non-motorized material handling equipment.
This is an entry-level position.
Typically requires a high school education.

Responsible for inventory control, receiving, storage, and distribution of chemical materials in compliance with CMS (Chemical Management System) and chemical control requirements. Performs physical inventories, cycle counts, discrepancy resolution, and damage reporting while ensuring proper segregation, labeling, temperature monitoring, and safe material handling. Coordinates inbound and outbound shipments to meet service timelines and prepares detailed month-end inventory, shipment, and compliance reports.

Key Skills & Qualifications
Forklift operation (palletized drums, pails, and chemical materials)
Inventory control and cycle counting
Chemical Management System (CMS) compliance and chemical control
Receiving, inspection, and discrepancy management
Temperature-controlled storage monitoring and reporting
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (inventory tracking, reports, data analysis)
Strong documentation, email communication, and attention to detail
