As a Site Director at Microwave Products Group - Pole/Zero Corporation in West Chester, OH, you will be accountable for overall site performance, ensuring full execution of strategic plans and attainment of financial, operational, engineering, quality, and customer satisfaction goals. This position provides both direct and indirect leadership over a multidisciplinary team, building organizational capability aligned with the company's long-term direction. This highly visible leadership role operates in a fast paced, engineer-to-order and build-to-order B2B environment within the technology/defense sector. The role is responsible for creating a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. The Site Director works across all functions and establishes clear priorities, removes roadblocks, ensures utilization of standard processes, and communicates action plans for any areas that fall short of expectations within a facility.
