The Product Manager TruServices is responsible for implementation of Sales and Marketing strategies to drive growth in accordance with TRUMPF Inc. stated Sales ambition. Develop strong technical team to support USMCA market with expertise. Responsible for MyTRUMPF and eShop support and roll-out.

Principle Duties & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with TruServices Order Management Team to deliver excellent customer experience for TruServices products in the Sales process

  • Represent USMCA market to Product Management in Germany and drive to develop services products that support USMCA market growth

  • Produce and maintain internal market information relating to competition and industries for TruServices Products

  • Ensure strong technical knowledge of Sales Engineer team within their respective products

  • Drive Sales growth in each product area according to order intake and sales targets

  • Ensure support of Regional TruServices Sales team with technical sales knowledge and sales argumentation

  • Support development of strategic Sales & Marketing plans for TruServices products

  • Attend tradeshows and customer events, present TruServices products and support local Sales efforts

  • Create customer experience for TruServices across USMCA customer center including implementation of Performance Checks

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales growth, efficiency, and profitability, implementing necessary actions to improve results.

  • Develop and mentor the team, ensuring continuous improvement in talent development and alignment with TRUMPF's policies and principles.

Experience

Strong technical background. Proven experience in manufacturing and managerial roles. Expertise in digitizing high volume sales processes to drive sales growth. Strong strategic thinking and execution skills to capture market opportunities. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities. Minimum 5 years related leadership experience.

Education

Bachelor's Degree required.
