Overview The Business Process Analyst will support the evaluation, documentation, and improvement of organizational processes for an intelligence community (IC) customer. This role involves analyzing current business, management, and operational workflows; identifying inefficiencies; and recommending improvements that align people, processes, and resources to mission outcomes. LMI is a new breed of digital solutions provider dedicated to accelerating government impact with innovation and speed. Investing in technology and prototypes ahead of need, LMI brings commercial-grade platforms and mission-ready AI to federal agencies at commercial speed.
Responsibilities We are seeking a highly motivated professional to support strategic planning, coordination, and execution of mission-critical activities. This role focuses on enhancing operational effectiveness, improving processes, and enabling mission success through data-driven analysis and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities Support strategic planning efforts by coordinating and executing key initiatives that drive process improvement and mission enablement.

Compensation The target salary range for this position is up to $155,037. This range represents the typical compensation for this role; actual salary will be determined based on factors such as location, internal equity, business considerations, contract requirements, and candidate qualifications (including education, experience, skills, and security clearance status).
