THE ROLE: The Global Sales Operations Manager - Component Channel is a high-visibility, cross-functional role within AMD's Sales organization based in Austin, TX. This position plays a critical role in supporting the global Component Channel business by driving planning, forecasting, analytics, and operational execution across regions and stakeholders. This role partners closely with Global Channel Sales leadership, Finance, Business Units, and regional operations teams to deliver actionable insights, improve forecasting accuracy, and drive operational rigor. Responsibilities include sales planning and analysis, P&L support, forecasting and quarterly close execution, executive reporting, and leading process improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will also help modernize operational workflows by leveraging advanced analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, scalability, and decision-making across the Component Channel business.
