Job Title: Sr. Director, Growth and StrategyReporting To: SVP, Space DivisionWork Schedule: Hybrid - Buffalo, NYJob Description The Space Division is seeking a Director of Growth & Strategy to lead strategic planning, market expansion, and both tactical and longrange growth initiatives across the organization. This role is a key member of the Space Division leadership team and will play a central role in shaping the future direction of the business. The Director will drive market insight, portfolio strategy, and investment prioritization while partnering closely with Business Units, Program Management, Sales, Engineering, and Finance to ensure the Space Division remains aligned, competitive, and positioned for sustained growth in a rapidly evolving space market. This role requires a combination of strategic vision, analytical rigor, and strong crossfunctional leadership, with the ability to influence executivelevel decisionmaking. Salary Range Transparency: Buffalo, NY $225,000.00-$325,000.00 AnnuallySalary Range Disclaimer The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees.
