Description Job Title: Information System Security Manager (ISSM) Location: On-site - Cypress, CA Employment Type: Direct Hire Industry: Defense and Aerospace Compensation: $150k-$190k Schedule: 9x80 1 ^st shift About the Opportunity: In this role, you will coordinate with the Corporate Risk Management Framework Support Center, Information System Security Officers (ISSOs), & other ISSMs across the company, to obtain and maintain certifications and accreditations under the Defense Counterintelligence Security Agency (DCSA) and Intelligence Community (IC) Risk Management Framework. APPLY TODAY Job Requirements What You'll Bring: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or a related field) 5+ years of experience in information systems security, including work as an ISSO or ISSM supporting Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes Current Department of Defense (DoD) Information Assurance Manager (IAM) level II certification (CISM, CISSP, CAP) What Sets You Apart: DoD Approved 8570 IAM Level III Certification Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, encryption, and other industry-standard security practices Effective communication and customer-facing skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical teams and senior stakeholders Experience with DCSA accreditation processes and Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs) Familiarity with security compliance tools such as SCAP Compliance Checker and DISA STIG Viewer Hands-on experience with Windows Server and Microsoft Exchange environments in secure settings Additional Information: Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
