An excellent opportunity has opened within Macquarie Asset Management to partner closely with the fund management, compliance, legal, and tax structuring teams to deliver client focused solutions. The role sits within a team that oversees the operations supporting the launch, distribution, and servicing of Alternative Investment products to our distribution partners and investors
While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many of our roles, this role does require 3 days a week in our office location.

What role will you play?

As a Manager, Wealth Operations and Investor Services, you will be a key member of the Fund Management team supporting Alternative Investment products on the wealth platform. You will manage and prioritize ongoing inquiries from distribution and adviser partners, resolve operational issues across the relationship lifecycle, and support regular and ad hoc client and distributor reporting.
The role also focuses on enhancing standard operating procedures, overseeing fund administrators and transfer agents, and driving process improvements. Strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders are highly valued, as you will partner closely with internal and external teams to ensure fund and client requirements are consistently met.
Salary range for this position: $135,000 - $175,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. What you offer

  • Bachelor's degree required; Accounting or Finance preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in fund operations and/or client services within alternative investments
  • Experience with funds registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940 and/or the Exchange Act of 1934 is advantageous
  • Demonstrated ability to support process improvement initiatives, manage workstreams or projects, and operate effectively in a fast paced, collaborative environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and competing priorities
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with experience engaging internal stakeholders and external partners
