Also, the intern builds networking contacts and explores career paths in marketing and communications while developing immediate job skills. POSITION DESCRIPTION Duties will include: * Design innovative print and digital pieces * Research best design practices, integration, and trends * Participate in collaborative tactical and strategic project development This position is located in the Shiloh Building with the Advancement team and reports to the Assistant Director of Creative Services. A flexible remote option will be available at the discretion of the supervisor. The intern works both independently and collaboratively on tasks with significant impact to Advancement and the University of Arkansas. The intern is expected to demonstrate sound judgment, discretion, tact, and strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
