Position Summary:

This position will play a critical role in partnering with the senior leadership team and the Audit Committee of the board of directors in establishing and monitoring the Company's Internal Control Environment, its financial consolidation an external audits in accordance with US GAAP and its Treasury function.. The Corporate Controller will be a hands on participative manager overseeing the aforementioned elements of the Company's Finance function. This position will report to the Chief Financial Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a highly engaged strategic business partner in support of the Senior Management Team and a pro-active driver of excellence within the Corporate Controller's functional area of responsibility.
  • Effectively communicate and present critical financial matters to the senior leadership team and the Audit Committee.
  • Create, analyze, and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements; Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, as well as liaise with external auditors.
  • Lead the Company's Treasury function forecasting and managing the Company's Debt, cash, taxes and insurance program.
  • Manage a rapidly growing organic business that will result in a future liquidity event.
  • Manage valuable and balanced scorecards, dashboards, and financial statement ratio analyses to communicate both the company's expected and actual financial performance.
  • Effectively lead all accounting functions including policy development and implementation, and financial system development and management
  • Ensure that effective internal financial and operational controls are designed and implemented in all areas of the business, and that timely reporting related to these controls is part of the ongoing reporting to all appropriate executive and functional leaders, as well as the Board of Directors.
  • Assists in the analysis and integration of acquisitions.
  • Develop a cohesive and collaborative accounting organization that proactively supports the overall business of and is capable of proactively addressing challenges and opportunities.
  • Develop and implement a crisp business cadence and reporting mechanism that proactively measures the current and future states of the business.

Must Have:

  • Possess deep US GAAP expertise especially in the areas of revenue recognition, inventory, leases and cost accounting.
  • Experience with multi-entity and global consolidations.
  • Experience in performing and managing external audits.
  • Strong expertise in the systems and processes of multi-site diverse manufacturing environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage a high performing accounting and finance team
  • Ability to communicate in English verbally and in writing and facilitate business partnering with individuals throughout the company.
  • Experience in working in a private equity-backed environment
  • High attention to detail without losing the ability to see the big picture
  • Strong sense of ownership and urgency
  • Comfortable in operating in ambiguity and growth environments
  • Have fifteen or more years of financial leadership experience.
  • Understand how to apply Operational Excellence and Lean tools to manage a business more effectively.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%

Salary Range: $170,000 to 245,000 based on skills and experience
