Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant fields inbound calls using a multi-phone line system, deals with walk-in traffic and process invoices. Looking for someone who is highly organized, works to resolve problems, is tech savvy as well as adaptable and able to help out with projects and assignments when they come up.

This is a Monday - Friday position working 8AM - 5PM.Starting pay is $28-29 per hour.

Duties & Responsibilities:
* Provide friendly and efficient service to walk-in visitors by answering questions.
* Answer in-coming phone calls from customers and vendors.
* Create status reports on projects and keep track of project deadlines.
* Accounts Payable duties - processing invoices, verifying purchase orders, issuing payments, etc.
* Clerical support for all managers
* Event planning and assisting with meetings
* Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in project coordination and administrative tasks
* Professional phone etiquette
* Strong typing skills; including 10-key
* Able to multi-task and handle stressful situations
* Able to work with a multi-phone line system
* Must have advanced knowledge of Excel and other project coordination software programs such as Trello
* Must be able to problem solve and able to prioritize and manage tasks accordingly.
