Scope of Position This detail-oriented, analytical individual, as part of the ERP Transformation team, will be responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and optimization of Inventory to Deliver (I2D) processes within a large-scale ERP transformation initiative. This role partners closely with business and technical teams to ensure requirements are defined, solutions are implemented effectively, and business outcomes are achieved across the I2D value stream. This position reports to the I2D Lead. This role is remote, with required travel and onsite presence in Andover, MA 50% of the time. Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities * Serve as a key contributor to project teams and support the I2D stream across the full project lifecycle, including discovery, planning, build, testing, deployment, cutover, go-live, and hypercare support * Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, define, and document functional requirements and business processes * Analyze workflows, decision-making processes, and operational needs to support effective system design and implementation * Support data integrity and accuracy by following best practices for data governance, including data conversion and remediation activities * Assist in FIT-GAP analysis, functional specifications, use case development, and test script preparation * Participate in system integration testing, performance testing, and user acceptance testing * Collaborate cross-functionally with Change Management, Application Development, Technology, Data teams, and System Integrators * Support the development of training materials and assist with end-user training and knowledge transfer to superusers and SMEs * Build strong working relationships across cross-functional teams to support successful project outcomes * Assume responsibility for other projects and duties as assigned by the I2D Lead or Company management * Responsibility directly tied to Watts Values: Integrity, Accountability, Continuous Improvement, and Transparency * Travel Requirements: Approximately 50% travel, primarily to Andover, MA Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience) * Minimum of 3+ years of experience supporting I2D processes in a manufacturing environment, including:
  • Shipping and Receiving
  • Logistics Management
  • Inventory Management
  • Warehouse Management
  • Reporting and Master Data Management
* Experience supporting process transformation initiatives in a global organization * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform functional requirements analysis * Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment * Strong collaboration skills and ability to build relationships across cross-functional teams * High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Understanding of and adherence to applicable laws, policies, and procedures * Must successfully establish employment eligibility and complete required background checks and pre-employment testing Preferred Qualifications * Experience supporting end-to-end SAP I2D implementations in a manufacturing environment * Knowledge of SAP best practices, standard I2D processes, and master data management * Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud * Experience with requirements gathering, process documentation, testing, training, and hypercare support General Applicable Company Competencies

Working Conditions: While performing the job duties, you will be working remotely in an office environment. You may be required to occasionally travel to and work in the office at the Andover, MA location for meetings, trainings, or as otherwise required by Company management. Physical Requirements: Specific physical abilities required for this position include, but are not limited to:
  • Ability to remain seated at a desk or workstation for extended periods.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks like typing on a keyboard or using a mouse for extended periods.
  • Ability to physically move around the office, organize or transport files, packages, or other office-related materials.
  • Ability to read documents, use a computer, and perform data entry tasks.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with management and coworkers, particularly in meetings or phone calls.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment such as computers, printers, phones, and copiers.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and carry light objects, such as office supplies, documents, or small equipment.
Pay Range: The expected salary range for this position is $95,000 to $107,000 yearly. Actual compensation will be dependent upon individual skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable law. Nothing in this job description restricts Watts' right to assign or reassign duties, responsibilities, and working hours/conditions to this position at any time.
