TITLE: Sr Analyst Commercial Projects

LOCATION: Hybrid in Alsip, IL

2-3 days a week

COMP RANGE: $100,000 - 135,000 per year

Griffith Foods, is hiring a Sr Analyst Commercial Projects to be responsible for leading complex projects for the U.S. commercial team. In this role you will ensure that projects move through a disciplined commercialization process aligned with Griffith Foods standards, industry benchmarks, and One North America ways of working. Defining scope, planning resources and budgets, managing cross-functional teams (internal/external), ensuring quality, tracking progress, and maintaining strong stakeholder communication to deliver solutions on time and within budget, focusing on business value and ROI for Griffith Foods.

As a Sr Analyst Commercial Projects your responsibilities will include:

  • Project Planning: Define scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and resource needs (human/financial).
  • Execution & Monitoring: Lead teams, manage workstreams, track KPIs, adjust plans, and ensure quality.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact, ensuring clear communication and alignment with clients, internal teams, and partners.
  • Risk & Budget Management: Develop contingency plans, manage financial accuracy, and ensure profitability.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project documents, status reports, and progress updates for leadership and clients.
  • Customer Focus: Understand business needs, manage expectations, and drive client satisfaction.

The Sr Analyst Commercial Projects position may be right for you if you:

  • If you thrive as the cross-functional orchestrator between Sales, R&D, Culinary, Operations, Supply Chain, QA/Regulatory, Finance, Procurement, and Marketing.
  • Enjoy collaborating globally by adopting and applying the proven commercialization framework to ensure harmonized execution.

Qualified candidates will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Food Science, or related field
  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • Project Management Certification; PMP, CAPM. Microsoft Project Management Professional Certificate.
  • willingness to work onsite 2-3 days per week
  • Candidates must currently possess unrestricted authorization to work in the United States. Work visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

What will set you apart:

  • Experience managing cross-functional projects from concept through commercialization
  • Earned Microsoft Project Management Professional Certificate with experience utilizing it professionally
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or food and beverage industry

There is potential for a discretionary bonus, with a target of 12%. This bonus is based on personal & company performance and is not a guaranteed bonus plan.
