Job Description	ECU Department of Student Life is currently seeking several Student Leadership Assistants. CLCE Summer Student Leadership Assistant (SLA) Position - 2026 The Center for Leadership & Civic Engagement ( CLCE) is seeking a Student Leadership Assistant ( SLA) for Summer 2026. The SLA plays a key role in creating a welcoming environment that fosters student learning through leadership and service. The primary responsibility of the SLA is to support the mission and daily operations of CLCE. Responsibilities include: Supporting daily office operations, including answering phones, checking mail, and organizing files Assisting CLCE staff with summer orientation, including participation in sessions and tabling at events Supporting operations of ECU's Williams-Ross Purple Pantry, including managing inventory and restocking, coordinating and receiving deliveries, organizing and maintaining pantry spaces, tracking usage and basic data/reporting, and assisting with special projects, donation drives, and student engagement efforts Compensation: $10.00 per hour (based on experience) with 10-20 hours per week. Position will start June 1st and go through August 14th. Eligibility Requirements: Must be in good academic standing Must be enrolled in Spring 2026 and Fall 2026 (summer enrollment not required) Ability to work a consistent weekly schedule during summer sessions Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills preferred Ability to lift and move items (light to moderate lifting) and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
Preferred (Majors, Experience, GPA, etc.)	You must be enrolled in Spring 2026 classes and have a 2.5 GPA
