Responsibilities Enter purchase orders; monitor fulfillment and shipping statuses. Assist with vendor and product onboarding. Work with vendor partners to obtain product images, assets, and marketing samples. Audit website and ordering systems to ensure products are displayed as intended. Support expansion as needed. Other duties as assigned to drive business strategies. Requirements Associate's degree related field or equivalent. 1+ years of retail experience, within a specialty retail environment, in addition to possessing basic merchandising experience. Proven track record of getting things done in a fast-paced environment. Solid interpersonal, influencing, communication, and organizational skills. General computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office products. Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills. Job Details Pay Range Pay Range The estimated pay range for this job. The actual pay rate will depend on the person's qualifications and experience. $12.00 - $28.38 / hour Pay Transparency The annual salary/hourly rate range has been established based on the role, experience, skill set, and location. The exact starting salary/hourly rate within the range will depend on the role and the local market. This position may be eligible to participate in one of the Company's incentive plans. The amount of any incentive payment varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
