Minimum 1 year of experience in coating application/manual spray environment Minimum 1 year of experience in machine operation Minimum 1 year of experience handling chemicals What Sets You Apart: IPC-A-610 certification Familiarity with IPC and ISO9001 quality standards Ability to obtain respirator certification and pass a vision exam in accordance with job requirements Experience working in high-volume manufacturing environments, with strong attention to detail and quality Ability to read and interpret prints, schematics, and diagrams, and use common hand and pneumatic tools Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and solve problems effectively Additional Information: Must be willing to work overtime and weekends when needed Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
