Job Title: Conformal Coat Specialist
Location: On-Site, Melbourne, FL
Employment Type: Temporary to Direct
Industry: Manufacturing
Compensation: $20.00 (depending on experience)
Schedule: 2 nd Shift (M-F 3:30PM - 12:00AM)

In this role, you'll work with PCB masking and conformal coating processes, ensuring products meet strict quality and compliance standards. What You'll Do:
  • Apply masking and conformal coating to printed circuit boards (PCBs) following detailed procedures and visual instructions
  • Inspect incoming materials and completed work to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications
  • Operate automated coating equipment and perform manual spray, touch-up, and repair activities as needed
  • Identify defects, troubleshoot process issues, and document rework, repairs, and modifications accurately
  • Maintain a clean, ESD-compliant workspace while supporting testing, new product introduction (NPI), and team quality initiatives

Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in coating application/manual spray environment
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in machine operation
  • Minimum 1 year of experience handling chemicals
What Sets You Apart:
  • IPC-A-610 certification
  • Familiarity with IPC and ISO9001 quality standards
  • Ability to obtain respirator certification and pass a vision exam in accordance with job requirements
  • Experience working in high-volume manufacturing environments, with strong attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to read and interpret prints, schematics, and diagrams, and use common hand and pneumatic tools
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and solve problems effectively
Additional Information:
  • Must be willing to work overtime and weekends when needed
  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen
