APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Responsible for performing functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies. Uses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment. Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process. Works with engineers in conducting experiments. Developing support individual contributor. Works under general supervision. Work is less structured within identified boundaries and procedures. Identifies problems and issues in straightforward situations. Works under general supervision. Less detailed instructions are provided and moderate peer review is required. Communicates with contacts typically within the department on matters that involve obtaining or providing information requiring explanation or interpretation to understand and reach agreement. Escalates issues to supervisor for resolution. Works to achieve operational targets within job area which has some impact on the overall achievement of results for the team. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: High School Diploma or GED. 4+ years' of experience in Torque tool 4+ years' of experience in Production. What Sets You Apart: Associates Degree J-Standard and IPC 610 certifications required Soldering sample test required for the interview Ability to use small hand tools Rework experience Good communication skills Problem Solving Teamwork Strong Attention to detail.
