In this role, you'll assemble, test, and support the production of circuit boards using both through-hole and surface mount technologies. APPLY TODAY Job Requirements What You'll Bring: High school diploma or GED Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience requiring fine manual dexterity Minimum 1 year of electro-mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment What Sets You Apart: Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions, procedures, and visual aids Basic communication skills in English (written and verbal) to safely and effectively perform job duties Experience interpreting engineering instructions, mechanical drawings, and electrical schematics Familiarity with electronic components, including identification and assembly techniques Knowledge of ISO9001, IPC standards, and ESD practices Ability to use a variety of hand and pneumatic tools (e.g., torque drivers, wrenches, cutters) Strong teamwork, organization, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment Additional Information: Must be willing to work overtime and weekends when needed Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
