Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer (Manufacturing/Aerospace Domain) Location: Dublin, GA 31021 Duration: Direct Hire Shift : 1st Salary: $100k to $115k annually with full benefits. Notes: Must have an engineering degree will NOT consider anyone without that type of degree. Looking for someone that has experience on the manufacturing floor. This is not a 100% desk job but mainly on the production floor. Assembly/test experience a plus. This candidate will be the 1st line of defense for any issues/questions on the manufacturing floor - equipment, parts, prints, etc. Prescreen Questions. 1) Do you have any automation experience? If so where and did you create it? 2) Do you have any Continuous Improvement / Kaizen / Lean experience? 3) Do you have any Solid Works or Catia experience? 4) Do you need relocation assistance? Job Summary: Seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of complex manufacturing processes across one or more facilities. This role plays a key part in driving continuous improvement, operational excellence, and cost-effective production for both new and existing products. Role & Responsibilities: Design and improve manufacturing processes and assembly methods Lead process improvement initiatives (efficiency, quality, cost, safety) Support engineering design with manufacturability insights Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards Troubleshoot and resolve production and quality issues Contribute to large-scale capital projects Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (required) 5-8 years of manufacturing engineering experience Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing (JIT, process mapping, etc.) Experience with CAD/CAM systems Proficiency in GD&T and interpreting engineering drawings Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
