Duration: Direct Hire
Shift : 1st
Salary: $100k to $115k annually with full benefits.

Notes:
  • Must have an engineering degree will NOT consider anyone without that type of degree.
  • Looking for someone that has experience on the manufacturing floor. This is not a 100% desk job but mainly on the production floor.
  • Assembly/test experience a plus.
  • This candidate will be the 1st line of defense for any issues/questions on the manufacturing floor - equipment, parts, prints, etc.

  • 2) Do you have any Continuous Improvement / Kaizen / Lean experience?
  • 3) Do you have any Solid Works or Catia experience?

Job Summary:
  • Seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of complex manufacturing processes across one or more facilities.
  • This role plays a key part in driving continuous improvement, operational excellence, and cost-effective production for both new and existing products.
Role & Responsibilities:
  • Design and improve manufacturing processes and assembly methods
  • Lead process improvement initiatives (efficiency, quality, cost, safety)
  • Support engineering design with manufacturability insights
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production and quality issues
  • Contribute to large-scale capital projects

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (required)
  • 5-8 years of manufacturing engineering experience
  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing (JIT, process mapping, etc.)
  • Experience with CAD/CAM systems
  • Proficiency in GD&T and interpreting engineering drawings
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
