POSITION SUMMARY Unifi is looking for an experienced Aviation Services Corporate Instructor to join our team, reporting to the Aviation Services Training Manager. This is an opportunity to make a lasting impact on a growing company by taking ownership of Training Delivery and Compliance for our key business operations and customers. You will be responsible delivering innovative, high-quality training to advance the operational skills of our front line and throughout the organization. Additionally, you will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for training content you are certified to deliver, providing support to Station Trainers, Station Managers, front-line employees, as well as Senior Leadership. You will collaborate closely with our Learning and Development team as well as partners from across the organization, including internal and external customers, to create and deliver best in class, industry leading training. This position requires travel up to 75% As an Instructor, you will be certified to deliver training for multiple airline customers, including Train-the-Trainer qualifications, for Customer Service functions. These functions include, but are not limited to, customer service safety, customer service skills, main cabin door & jetbridge operations, and airline reservation system training. Airport operations are fast paced and an exciting part of our business. Having knowledge of above wing operations and the airline industry are not required but will give you a competitive edge.
