Are you a passionate and strategic social media expert with a deep love for gaming and a fluent command of Spanish? We are seeking a dynamic individual to step into a pivotal role, shaping the social voice for a major gaming franchise's consumer products and its Spanish-speaking audience. As a key member of the marketing and social media support team for a large gaming studio, you will be instrumental in managing and driving awareness and engagement for consumer product content across owned social media channels. You will craft and implement compelling social strategies and campaigns, engaging directly with players, brands, and influencers. This role offers the opportunity to lead the social narrative for consumer products and a dedicated Spanish-language social channel, ensuring alignment with broader brand objectives and captivating diverse audiences.

**What You'll Do:**

* Manage content calendars, scheduling, drafting copy, and posting across various social media channels.

* Monitor social media analytics and reporting, including potential for light moderation duties.

* Collaborate with stakeholders on campaign content strategy ideation, development, and implementation.

* Lead social planning and execution for consumer products partnerships on social media, ensuring alignment with brand voice and business objectives.

* Lead social planning and execution for Spanish-language social channels, ensuring brand alignment and synergy with main accounts.

* Partner closely with marketing teams to translate priorities, timelines, and success metrics into effective social approaches and content plans.

* Serve as a strategic connector between business objectives and creative execution, shaping briefs and recommendations for creative teams.

* Maintain a strong pulse on culture, platform trends, and creator ecosystems to identify authentic connection opportunities.

* Perform day-to-day social operations including content planning, calendar management, copy development, publishing, and community engagement.

* Create, curate, and elevate social content, highlighting creators, user-generated content, and community moments to drive engagement and discovery.

* Track and interpret social performance across initiatives, contributing to reporting and optimizing content based on data-driven insights.

**What You'll Bring:**

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Minimum 5 years of experience working at a major game publisher or within the gaming sector.

* Minimum 5+ years of experience speaking Spanish fluently; native Spanish speaker preferred.

* Minimum 3-5 years of experience with social media strategy planning, goal setting, and implementation, preferably in Spanish.

* Experience managing high-volume social media channels for well-known video game publishers or similar organizations within the gaming sector.

* Exceptional knowledge of social media trends and the ability to translate them effectively for specific audiences.

* Proven copywriting experience for social media with the ability to adapt to various tones of voice.

* Excellent data analysis and storytelling skills.

* Excellent project management skills.

* No degree is required for this role.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* A background in gaming, demonstrating high creativity and a balanced creative and data-driven mentality.

* Familiarity with the specific gaming franchise.

* Ability to influence without direct authority.

* Competence with common productivity tools and social media analytics platforms (including native social media analytics).

* A creative portfolio or previous samples of social media strategy.

* Ability to demonstrate social creativity with products.
