The Role

As a Clinical Pharmacist supporting acute and inpatient services, you will step into a dynamic clinical environment where flexibility, judgment, and strong foundational knowledge are critical.

In this role, you can expect to:

• Provide direct clinical pharmacy services to hospitalized patients across multiple inpatient areas

• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds, offering medication related recommendations that support safety, efficacy, and individualized care

• Review, verify, and manage complex medication regimens in alignment with evidence based standards

• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other care team members to optimize therapeutic plans
