Description TEKsystems is urgently seeking a Business Analyst. This role supports a high-visibility CPQ implementation project within digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong communication skills and experience working with offshore development teams. Strong understanding of CPQ systems, including what CPQ is and how it functions. Familiarity with ERP and eCommerce platforms. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to ask the right questions, understand technical details, and drive clarity. Experience working with offshore development teams and participating in early-morning calls. Project Context: The BA will support the CPQ implementation, which is being rolled out across multiple Dover operating companies. Projects may involve: - Migration from existing CPQ systems. - Lift-and-shift implementations. - First-time CPQ deployments for OpCos without prior solutions. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Downers Grove, IL. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
