Project Manager I

The Project Manager leads project activities and cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed within scope, budget, and on schedule while maintaining compliance to global quality, regulatory, and clinical standards. The Project Manager provides expertise in balancing the competing project constraints, which include, but are not limited to scope, quality, schedule, budget, resources, and risks.

Minimum Requirements

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree is required.

Project Manager I

• Minimum of one (1) year of tissue banking experience or project management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to:

• Manage multiple low to high complexity projects.
• Interface effectively with all levels of management and external customers.
• Success in the leading and managing of people in a team-based environment.

WORK ENVIRONMENT and PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES

• Some overnight travel is required.
• Must be able to meet the required physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation.
