Position Summary Odyssey Systems has an exciting new opportunity for a Human Resources Support Specialist supporting the Space Systems Command (SSC) System Delta 85 (SYD 85) in the United States Space Force which consists of ground-based radars and command and control systems. The System Delta delivers integrated Space Domain Awareness (SDA), missile warning and tracking, Command, Control, and Communication (C3), Battle Management, and Space Intelligence capabilities for the USSF and joint warfighters. The Human Resources Specialist will provide support and assistance in the management and operations of program related HR and Talent Acquisition tasks. Responsibilities Duties include, but not limited to:
Serve as the primary HR liaison and advisor to senior government hiring managers (both military and civilian) for all civilian manpower needs.
Qualifications Citizenship: Must be a US citizen Minimum Required Qualifications Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a US DoD Secret Education: High School Diploma Years of Experience: 4-7 years of experience Preferred Qualifications Clearance: Active secret (or higher) security clearance Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Years of experience: 7-10 years of experience, 4 years in DoD/DoW Technical Skills
