What is the role about? As a reliable member of the HR Shared Services team, the HRIS/PayrollAnalystisprimarilyresponsible formanagingemployee inquiries and issues through thecase management system (AskHR). This position leverages technology, digital platforms, and ourHRISand case management systemstoprovide an exceptional customer service experienceforall stakeholders,promoteand encourage employee self-service, andensure resolution or escalation of casesin a complete and professional manner. This position will work within a case management system and a digital knowledge basewithaccess to confidential employee information,processingcases/inquiriesandescalations within established quality measures andkey performance indicators (KPIs).A secondary responsibilityofthis role includesaccurateandtimelyprocessingof bi-weekly and ad hocpayroll for multiplesmallerentities on multiple platforms (SAP SuccessFactors for HRIS and Paylocity for Payroll).The role willbe responsible formanaging employee inquiries and will play a critical role in providing personalized support and solutionsregardingHR processes for allemployees, while also partnering with USregionalstakeholdersto expand HR dataanalyticsaccessand usage toward strategicadvancement of operations.
