Job Description Summary
Leads the sales strategy for defined areas of responsibility, accountable for sales results and team performance.

Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:
- Supports the development and execution of sales and go-to-market strategies within a designated group or territory based on detailed customer intelligence and deep market and industry awareness
- Leads efficient execution of strategy to optimize current and future growth of products and solutions as well as market share (in designated territory, portfolio, market segment, etc)
- Leads multiple sales teams accountable to meet sales, revenue, retention and organisational objectives in a timely manner
- Holds accountability for the performance, productivity and results of teams and provides strategic and operational leadership in their region
- - Ensures regional plans accurately align to regional / local business priorities and plans
- Role models and instils strategic account planning practice across sales and relationship management teams
- Builds and develops succession of capable sales leadership teams through active management, mentoring, coaching and talent movement, commits to encouraging learning opportunities

Qualifications & Experience:
- Relevant Degree or equivalent
- Proficient and experienced across all areas of sales and relationship management
- Proficient and experienced in a sales and relationship management leadership role
- International expel experience.
