The Impact You Will Have As Director of Public Policy, you will lead the development and integration of enterprise policy strategy across state and federal legislative, regulatory, and stakeholder environments. You will shape and advance the organization's policy platform, align advocacy and civic engagement efforts, and ensure consistent positioning across internal and external audiences. This role serves as a key strategic advisor to senior leadership, translating complex policy and regulatory developments into clear enterprise direction, while coordinating closely across the enterprise to manage regulatory and reputational risk. You will represent the organization in high-visibility forums and strengthen our position as a trusted, influential voice in healthcare policy at the state and national level. Compensation and Benefits: Pay Range: $135,500.00 - $182,900.00 - $230,300.00 Annual Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including skills, ability, and knowledge the selected individual is bringing to the specific job. Role Designation Hybrid Anchored in Connection Our hybrid approach is designed to balance flexibility with meaningful in-person connection and collaboration.
