Job Description The Servicing Team plays a critical role in supporting Home Equity, Small Business, Auto, and Personal loans and lines. This team is responsible for loan and line servicing activities including payment processing, payoffs, and account maintenance. This position will support high-volume, non-exceptional servicing functions to help ensure timely and accurate loan operations. Key Responsibilities Loan and Line Maintenance * Process non-exceptional transactions, including: * Payment postings and payoff processing * Autopay setup and ongoing maintenance * Address changes and basic account updates * Complete Federal Reserve Loan and Line Pledging activities using established checklists * Conduct routine audit and quality control reviews based on predefined criteria * Perform data validation by comparing system records to source documentation Title & Documentation Support * Perform follow-up outreach to dealerships to obtain outstanding title documentation * Track receipt and status of title-related documents * Assist with duplicate title requests and prepare associated documentation Imaging & Record Retention * Prepare new consumer loan and line documents for imaging and record retention Required Skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including accurate data entry, data validation, and spreadsheet maintenance * Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness * Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify discrepancies and appropriately escalate issues This is a strong foot-in-the-door opportunity within a large enterprise banking environment, offering hands-on experience in loan servicing operations and exposure to multiple loan products. Business Drivers / Customer Impact Loan processing is currently slowed by manual data entry, fragmented systems, and inconsistent verification workflows. This role helps reduce turnaround times, lower operational costs, and improve overall customer satisfaction. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Honolulu, HI. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
