Description Seeking a Business Analyst to support backfill needs within the Development Services team. This role blends business analysis, Tier 1 support, and basic reporting to ensure timely resolution of user requests and smooth delivery of analytics and data-related work. The Business Analyst will serve as a first point of contact for incoming requests, help troubleshoot minor data and reporting issues, build simple reports and data extracts, and coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to drive work through to completion. Strong communication skills, accountability, and comfort working directly with users and data are essential for success. Key Responsibilities Triage and manage incoming user requests and support tickets Provide Tier 1 support for basic data, reporting, and access issues Troubleshoot and resolve minor data or reporting problems Build simple reports, dashboards, or data extracts as needed Gather and clarify business requirements from users and stakeholders Coordinate work with the Development Services team to ensure timely completion Communicate status updates and resolutions clearly to end users Follow Agile processes and participate in team workflows and ceremonies Skills sql, Tableau, data modeling, alation, healthcare industry Top Skills Details sql,Tableau Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with Agile practices and tools such as Trello or Ivanti Familiarity with Tableau or similar reporting/visualization tools Healthcare or enterprise IT environment experience Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Salina, KS. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $60.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
