To learn more about fairlife and its complete line of products, please visit fairlife.com. job purpose: Serve as key project leader for the Coopersville brownfield expansion project as part of the Engineering Large Capital Projects team to lead design through implementation to ensure system and user readiness for all enterprise applications. responsibilities:
- Build and maintain integrated enterprise applications implementation plan inclusive of critical path milestones, dependencies, budgets, resources, risks, and leadership needed to deliver clearly identified plan for all in scope production-critical applications
- Develop a thorough understanding of all production and supporting processes enabled by in-scope systems to ensure design meets operational requirements and is optimized with end users in mind, assist in troubleshooting, and communicate technical concept to the business
- Lead technical and business SMEs in gathering all requirements, developing functional design to ensure requirements are met, conducting unit and end-to-end testing, implementing solutions, and supporting hyper care activities
- Create and execute service agreements with external providers to confirm overall project objectives are accounted for contractually and manage vendor relationships to ensure successful service delivery
- Facilitate communication across individual workstreams to harmonize efforts, eliminate siloed design, and facilitate sharing of resources, providing prioritization of activities based on master plan of critical path for Day 1
- Leadership and governance of plan execution, ensuring engagement and stakeholder buy-in across Operations, Engineering, IT, and Finance providing updates and communication on workstream progress and challenges and serving as the escalation point
- Continuous tracking of progress to milestones, ensuring scope is met and mitigating risks and managing issues as they arise and documenting all lessons learned for continuous improvement
- Maintain comprehensive project system process and architecture documentation inclusive of inputs and outputs, communication methods, and manual and automated interventions updating as projects progress
- Accountable for delivery of all in scope systems to ensure they are delivered to scope, on time, and within budget, reporting status internally
skills/qualifications required:
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or engineering
- 7+ years of progressive project management experience delivering systems implementations (large scale ERP implementations preferred), business transformation, IT / OT and supply chain initiatives
- Familiarity with ERP design, end-to-end business process mapping and design, and ISA95 integration best practices; experience with Microsoft Dynamics (D365) preferred
- Overall leadership of augmented teams made up of internal staff, consulting partners and service providers and experience managing stakeholders at an executive level with effective reporting communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, or equivalent)
- Ability to handle ambiguity and work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment

- Control further processing or delivery of nonconforming product in terms of Food Safety and Quality issues until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.
- In the event of absence, another employee with the same skill level will assume the duties and responsibilities as required.
