Description Under the direction of a Supervisor, the Lead Clinical Laboratory Scientist (Lead CLS) utilizes professional knowledge, skills and judgment to perform a variety of technical, clerical, physical and quality assurance functions. The Lead CLS works independently, oversees the day to day operation of the division, supports leadership of the division and accepts responsibility for special projects/activities as agreed upon with the supervisor and/or manager. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
