About Rivian

Rivian is on a mission to keep the world adventurous forever. This goes for the emissions-free Electric Adventure Vehicles we build, and the curious, courageous souls we seek to attract.

As a company, we constantly challenge what's possible, never simply accepting what has always been done. We reframe old problems, seek new solutions and operate comfortably in areas that are unknown. Our backgrounds are diverse, but our team shares a love of the outdoors and a desire to protect it for future generations.

Role Summary

Rivian is building one of the most reliable, high-performance fast charging networks in the country, the Rivian Adventure Network (RAN). As Senior Manager, Head of West, you will lead the strategy, pipeline, and execution of RAN expansion across the western United States.

This role sits above individual markets, owning regional performance end-to-end. You will guide where we prioritize, how we scale, and which partnerships unlock the next phase of growth. You will lead a team of Regional Managers and Associates, ensuring strong pipeline health, disciplined execution, and consistent delivery across the region.

The Rivian Adventure Network is more than infrastructure, it's a critical part of the ownership experience and a key driver of EV adoption.

In this role, you will shape the western footprint of the network, defining not just where we go, but how we show up. Your leadership will directly influence the pace, quality, and impact of deployment across some of the most important EV markets in the country.
