Description This role operates on a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and supports daily print, production, and office operations in a customer-focused environment. Responsibilities include operating digital, color, and highvolume print and finishing equipment; receiving, logging, scheduling, and tracking customer jobs; and performing quality inspections before, during, and after production. The position requires handling and maintaining office and production equipment, processing incoming and outgoing documents and faxes, updating databases, collecting meter reads, and maintaining billing and reporting logs. Additional duties include asset tagging and tracking office equipment, coordinating moves, adds, and changes, performing basic file preparation and document conversion, integrating variable data into print templates, and maintaining backups for future reuse. The role involves troubleshooting equipment issues, coordinating with service vendors, performing routine operator maintenance, and providing minimal enduser training as needed. Candidates must be comfortable standing, walking between departments, lifting and moving up to 50 pounds (including cases of paper), and working with standard PC applications while demonstrating professionalism, problemsolving skills, and the ability to collaborate and mentor others. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Cleveland, OH. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.43 - $24.36/hr.
