The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the Employee Service Center and to the Human Resources team collecting and organizing information, effectively communicating with internal and external customers or vendors, contributing to the smooth operation of the department.

A clear framework that enables you to take ownership:

  • $23 to $25 per hour

  • Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm

  • Permanent employment

  • On site parking

What you will take ownership ofon a daily basis:

  • Manages front-desk operations, including visitor coordination, security badges, phone coverage, meetings/tours, and mail/shipping logistics.

  • Oversees office operations such as inventory tracking, supply ordering, and maintaining digital bulletin board content.

  • Provides administrative support to the Employee Service Center, including reporting, documentation, presentations, reconciliations, and customer service.

  • Coordinates with vendors, creates purchase orders, and tracks invoices for Human Capital (HR)

  • Supports employee lifecycle activities, including new hire setup, materials ordering, anniversaries, recognition programs, and employee events.

  • Proofreads, updates, and prepares various documents while assisting with special projects as assigned.

  • Serves as a liaison, guiding employees and managers to appropriate Human Capital contacts and resources.

The profile that can truly own the role:

  • 1-3 years in administrative or office support roles

  • High School Diploma or associate degree

  • Good computer skills with MS Office Suite
