Operations Technician - Commercial Lines

What You'll Do
*Document and maintain customer information and forms necessary for policies and/or policy changes in various systems
*Respond to email inquiries from both internal and external customers
*Prepare and assemble policies and/or policy changes for mailing or electronic distribution
*Enter, delete, or update driver information per guidelines within the policy administration system
*Perform filing, retrieval, and distribution of various materials and documents in accordance with prescribed departments' systems and practices
*Ensures all data and materials meet company standards for compliance, completeness and quality
*Upload files to content retention systems

What it Takes
*High School degree or equivalent
*Experience in a customer service or office environment preferred
*Ability to work with detail and accuracy within established deadlines
*Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook
*Excellent multi-tasking with the ability to take direction from many sources
*Highly organized and proficient in verbal and written communication
