Job Description:

The Mfg. TechI - Insp & Pkg will routinely inspect products using manual or semi-automatic inspection processes. Products to be inspected are provided in a variety of vial sizes and fill volumes. Technicians will operate critical processing equipment within the facility according to GDP and cGMP requirements. Accurately complete documentation for operations performed. Performance of operational checks, preventive care, and minor adjustments to equipment, as well as cross-training, are also required.

• Pass inspection qualification program. Inspection qualification program must be maintained annually.

• Inspect product at assigned areas to ensure production of quality products.

• Read and follow established Standard Operating Procedures covering operation and documentation of production processes.

• Accurate documentation of production processes on production records.

• Perform area clearances.

• Perform basic bulk packaging activities.

• Operate the Vision system.

• Perform material transfers.

• Other tasks as assigned by Supervisor or Specialist. Receive any training or education necessary to the performance of an assigned activity.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, or Packaging experience

• Basic Computer Skills required

• 14/14 Corrected Near-Point required

• Pass Color Deficiency Test required

• Must be Able to Lift 50lbs or Less Unassisted required

• Prolonged Sitting and Standing required

• Mechanical Aptitude required

Shift:Weekday Nights, Monday-Wednesday E/O Thursday, 6pm-6am

Compensation & Benefits:

This is anon-site,full-time position located in Spokane, WA.

• Hiring Wage: $22.00 hr. depending on experience, with opportunity for growth, promotion and annual raises. Midpoint and above is reserved for employees who have longevity with JubilantHollisterStierand consistently exhibit outstanding performance over a period of time in the role

  • Shift Differential pay is available for this position, and is determined by hours worked on selected shift.
