| Other Work/Responsibilities |
- Assist with the design and preparation of questionnaires and other survey materials
- Support the coordination and facilitation of focus groups and interviews
- Oversee editing and data entry of completed questionnaires to ensure accuracy
- Prepare and maintain weekly data collection status reports
- Develop and manage surveys using Qualtrics
- Distribute web-based survey invitations and follow-up reminders
- Assist with data file preparation and organization
- Conduct basic statistical analysis and contribute to report writing
- Support the preparation and organization of materials for student learning outcomes assessment, program review, and accreditation processes
- Compile tables, summaries, and supporting documentation for assessment reports and institutional reporting needs

| Minimum Experience/Education |
- Associate's degree in a relevant field such as Social Sciences, Education, Public Administration, Statistics, or a related discipline; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrated exposure to research methods, data collection, or data analysis through prior work experience or coursework
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar data management tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
