Location: Newington, NH (Onsite)

Salary: Up to $180,000 + Bonus

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Product Line Management to lead the vision, strategy, and lifecycle management of a global portfolio of subsea systems, terminal equipment, and software solutions. This is a high-visibility leadership role responsible for driving innovation, profitability, and market growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute product line strategy aligned with business objectives
• Own full product lifecycle from concept through end-of-life
• Develop long-term product roadmaps, investment plans, and go-to-market strategies
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, sales, marketing, and operations
• Drive pricing, positioning, and commercialization strategies for global markets
• Partner with R&D to prioritize innovation, product enhancements, and technical feasibility
• Build and expand partner ecosystems to support product adoption and revenue growth
• Support complex, multi-year customer engagements and enterprise-level solutions
• Lead cost optimization and value engineering initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
• 10+ years of product management, strategy, or portfolio leadership experience
• Strong background in subsea, telecommunications, or related technical industries
• Proven success managing complex product portfolios and launching new solutions
• Experience with cloud-based products, subscription models, and global go-to-market strategies preferred
• Exceptional leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
