Machine Operator

Pay: $20-$22/hour + (2nd Shift Differential 14%) (3rd Shift Differential 25%)

Shift Options:

1st Shift (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM)

2nd Shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM)

3rd Shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)

Overtime: May be required (including weekends)

Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to support printed circuit board processing in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves working with chemical processes, following strict procedures, and ensuring product quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Process printed circuit boards through develop, etch, strip, and bond operations
  • Follow work instructions, customer documents, and standard procedures
  • Operate safely while handling chemicals and production equipment
  • Maintain quality standards and identify issues when they arise
  • Support team operations and cross-train in other departments as needed



Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1-3 months of manufacturing or related experience preferred
  • 2+ years of PCB experience is a plus (DES experience preferred)
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
