Pay Range: $17.15 per hour

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Ensure all machines are operational before start-up.
2. Prepare all spice mixes and make sure they are correctly labeled and weighed.
3. Operation of chillers for proper temperatures .
4. Build and take down cardboard bins/boxes.
5. Product mover; keeping track of bins, source meat and/finished product into trailers.
6. Product MDP inventory.
7. Forklift operation for condemning.
8. Scanning and labeling.
9. Record keeping.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to stand for prolong periods of time (8+hrs) on concrete floor.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to climb tall ladders and catwalks.
• Follow all safety rules.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds an work in a fast pace environment.
• Requires basic math skills
• Must be pallet jack/forklift certified.
• Must be able to stack.
